Paleo Food List for Fruits and Vegetables

Paleo Food List as known by many people is a product of our direct modification of our own food intake or consumption. Remember the old saying, “too much of everything is dangerous”, which simply means that too much eating of a particular food might not good for us. For instance, eating honeydew melons might be good for our health but too much intake of it might lead to the bad condition of our body. The same also goes with the paleo diet plan especially in our intake of fruits and vegetables. Recommended fruits for paleo diet include apples, bananas, blackberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, cherries, cranberries, figs, grapefruit, grapes, honeydew melons, kiwis, and lemons. One the other hand, artichoke, asparagus, beets, bell peppers, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, cucumber, eggplant, green onions, kale, lettuce, mushrooms, mustard greens, onions, peppers of all varieties, pumpkin, radishes, seaweed, spinach and different types of squash are the recommended kinds of vegetable for paleo diet plan.
